your ideal solution, and then check back periodically to ensure

Implementation Process
Design

Our design team works with you to create a useful, professional
workspace that accommodates each employee’s daily routine.

TOI designers help you choose from hundreds of fabric, laminate
and paint selections to create a workspace that matches your
taste and budget.
Installation

Our project manager performs a pre-site inspection to ensure
seamless installation. (TOI physically measures new construction
so revisions can be made to your furniture layout if the building
dimensions vary from the architectural drawing.)

Your furniture will be delivered to the jobsite in a timely
manner (following the receipt of your purchase order) and installation
will be performed as quickly as possible. TOI will meet your
needs with weekend or after-hours work, if necessary, to ensure
the project is completed within ur mutually agreed upon timeframe.
Follow-up

Our project manager will conduct an onsite walkthrough shortly
after the completion of installation.

TOI’s quick response team will complete any punchlist items
(conditions that do not meet your satisfaction) as soon as possible
following the onsite walkthrough.

Project add-ons and warranty issues are handled quickly through
our Tempe warehouse, so your office environment continues to
meet your needs.
Note: TOI’s project management team is available for consultation
on any project to coordinate with other trade organizations involved
at the time of installation (e.g., electricians, cable and data
contractors).
